fek: I have a strong aversion to posting pictures of myself that are not at least semi-unobsucred on this here blog - a longstanding policy and stance against all you vain photofuckers who can’t keep their mugs off the ‘net. Try writing, sometimes, it does wonders for your appearence. ANYWAY. Lest there be any more confusion that I am anything less than a nice Jewish boy, the proof is in the puddin’, babes. ‘Cause this is what you do when you go the family bat-mitzvah. Uncle Seymore can’t make it. So you dance with Aunt Rhoda. It’s just what needs to happen. I reblog this to say Happy New Year to all you crazy Jews. And in honor of the occasion, I present the first sentence of a fun little New York article: “A New York Jew is a kind of universally acknowledged wizard, like a Swiss banker, an English tailor, or a Parisian couturier.”
