Elevator rage is all the rage.

First marco:

I secretly think less of door-close people in the elevator.

then cajunboy:

You know who I fucking hate? People who walk up to the elevator at the same time that I do who see me press the button to summon it, in fact the button lights up in recognition of this fact, yet they still feel compelled to go right behind me and press the button repeatedly when they become impatient that the elevator isn’t coming fast enough for them, as if I performed the same task with gross incompetence just a few seconds prior.

Hey 99, whaddaya think? I bet David Owen could mine this for some comedy gold.

But seriously folks. If I may throw my two cents in, I’d say MY glaringest glares are reserved for the people who run and stick their handbags (it’s usually a woman OMG GIRL ON GIRL CRIMES!!) in the closing doors, causing the whole elevator door cycle to reset. That being said, I’m usually so beaten and battered by subway escalator civil wars that by the time I get to the elevator I’m reduced to standing in the corner mumbling to myself with my forehead pressed against the cool metal walls.
