Will McCain actually be the Republican nominee?
It’s a very interesting possibility: that McCain won’t accept the nomination, or the party won’t really give it to him officially in September, because he can’t win.
I dunno, this just seems way too ludicrious to actually happen. And is McCain really trailing that badly? Whatever happened to the whole Obama Can’t Beat McCain thing that Hillary was championing? (Wait, don’t answer that.)
Well, as someone who loves following political strategy more than I actually care about the specific candidates, it would certainly be fun and exciting if this did occur.
